Can mechatronic systemtechnik grippers be used on existing installations?

In general, use with existing production equipment is possible, however special adaptations of the hardware, software and control systems are required. It is especially important to know "how" the wafer is located in the cartridge, i.e. how much it "sags" before it can be introduced into the process. Therefore mechatronic systemtechnik has developed special scanners with corresponding software.
