mechatronic systemtechnik has its company headquarters in Villach, the centre of the Austrian semi conductor industry. Villach is located at the intersection of the north-south axis between Munich and Trieste (Tauern motorway) and the east-south axis from Vienna to Trieste (southern motorway).

It is only about 30 minutes to Klagenfurt international airport. The modern company grounds of mechatronic systemtechnik have an area of approx. 3.560 m². To have enough room for expansion for thin wafer handling business, a new office building on the site was also occupied in 2007 and the space thus acquired was used to accommodate thin wafer handling machines.
